This Android mobile app is specifically for Jewelry shop employee’s usage for managing CRM. Particularly for jewelry chit management. Every employee has their own login account through which they can able to register new customer under any scheme (previously defined). Registration includes customer details, spot photo and legal document uploading option. Confirmation SMS is immediately send to customer on successful registration. Apart from these updated customer’s renewal and schemes information will be displayed by default to all the employees. All employee comes under zonal manager and zonal managers comes under Regional manager.
