XPS Battery Store

This mobile app is for both customer and employee usage. Customer can access their services through mobile app itself. Enquiry form filled by customer and send will reach our web admin email box and immediate action will be carried on. Customer also have calling directly to customer care, feedback sending, service lock (requesting), viewing purchase history and getting duplicate invoice option on their home page itself. Apart from this customer can also share the application installation to their surroundings.

In employee dashboard category wise services allocations (normal services / hot services / intermediate services), status of the services (pending/complete) and so on are displayed for immediate access. Employees are supposed to enter the details of service and condition of the battery on the service form with extra charges if any and close the service. Entire function will be monitored by the web application admin.
